Harvesting Stage
The journey of quality begins in the orchard, where fruits are carefully handpicked at the optimal stage of maturity. The harvesting process uses proper tools and gentle handling to prevent bruising, and fruits are transported in clean, ventilated crates to maintain their freshness.
Washing and Cleaning Stage
Fruits pass through an advanced washing system that removes dust and impurities using sanitized water. This essential step reduces microbial load and prepares the fruits for the following processing stages.
After washing, the fruits are exposed to controlled airflows or specialized air blades to eliminate surface moisture.
Special Treatments Stage (Waxing – Antifungal Sprays)
Some varieties undergo a light natural wax coating to enhance their shine and reduce moisture loss. When necessary, approved antifungal treatments are applied to ensure safe storage and maintain product integrity during transportation.
Sorting and Grading Stage
Using a combination of skilled labor and automated sorting technologies, fruits are precisely graded based on quality, size, color, and shape. This ensures consistency and delivers the highest standard of product selection.
Packaging Stage

Palletizing Stage

Loading and Shipping Stage
